This site is dedicated to the promotion and sale of Henzo Photo Albums and Accessories and is the first website dedicated to selling these photo albums online. Our aim is to provide a convenient, easy to use and secure environment for our customers to browse and pick from our range at leisure. You can also visit Henzo's website at www.henzo.nl.
Below are some tips on how best to use this website together with information on how we collect, store and use any of your personal details which we may need to process your order.
» How to Order
Once you have added the items you wish to purchase to your cart, you can begin the payment process by clicking on "checkout".
You will then have two options which are:
1. You can login using your email address and password if you have registered them on this website previously.
2. If you have not registered we need to collect your billing address details (and delivery address if different). The address you provide must be the same as that associated with the credit/debit card you intend to use. There are two ways you can register your details:
a. If you enter a password the first time you register your billing address, you can use this together with your email address to log in when you return in future. Your billing address details will then be called up automatically.
b. If you do not enter a password when providing your address then you will not have registered as a user and will not be able to log in using your email address. You will have to re-enter your details every time you make a purchase.
Once you have entered your address, you will then be presented with your order together with the postage and total that will be due should you proceed. You can now click on "make payment" after which you will be transferred to our secure payment processor.
This site uses www.protx.com to collect your payment details. RIDA Photographic Ltd does not collect, store or have any access to your banking details. Once you have provided valid payment details, your order will be completed and you will be presented with a confirmation page together with a printable version (which should be retained as your payment receipt). An email version will also be sent to the address you provide. Once payment is received, your order will be packaged and dispatched to you.
» Payment Methods
We accept payment by visa, mastercard, maestro and delta. All transactions will be processed in Pounds Sterling. If you are using a credit/debit card registered outside of the UK your bank should automatically convert the transaction to your own currency (you may be charged by your bank for this service).
» Delivery Charges
**Please do not accept damaged parcels from our delivery agents. Once signed for we cannot give a refund.**
**Please do not remove transparent plastic wrapping from items you wish to return as we cannot refund them in this case.
The amount charged for delivery is dependent on the weight of your order and the country to which it's being delivered (based on four separate zones). The cost per weight for the various zones are as follows:
a. UK.
postage per order < 1kg: £4.00.
postage per order > 1kg: £8.50 per 10 kilos.
b. Postage to all locations outside the UK is calculated using the following table:

The postage due on your purchase will be calculated and displayed along with your cart once you have entered your delivery address details.

We operate a privacy policy in respect of the information we collect about you as follows:
When you order from us we require your name, billing address (same as on your credit card) delivery address, email address and telephone number. When you are transferred to our secure payment processor (protx) you will be asked for a credit or debit card number, expiry date and issue number (where applicable). This information allows us to process your order and inform you of your order status. We will not share your personal information with third parties or use them for any purpose except completing your order.
By submitting your information to us you consent to our collection and use of the information as set out in this privacy policy.
As part of its functionality, this site requires that you accept cookies. These do not contain any personally identifying information and are used for storing items in your cart as you browse.
