We use either Royal Mail "Signed For" or UPS in the UK - DHL, UPS or FedEx for international deliveries. You will receive an email and tracking reference (where appropriate) when you order is dispatched.

NOTE: Although most orders are dispatched much sooner, please allow up to 28 days for your order to be delivered as we do not stock every item here in the UK. We advise you contact us by email or telephone ((+)44 (0)20 8399 4666) for an accurate estimation of shipping time.

• Please do not accept damaged parcels from our delivery agents. Once signed for we cannot give a refund.

• If you are unhappy with the items, please do not remove the transparent plastic wrapping before returning them as we cannot refund them in this case.
