The method of delivery used and the amount charged for delivery is dependent on the weight of your order and the country to which it's being delivered. We use Royal Mail "Signed For" and UPS in the UK, DHL, UPS and FedEx for international deliveries.

The postage due on your purchase will be calculated and displayed in the checkout process once you have entered your delivery address details.

NOTE: As we do not stock every item here in the UK please allow up to 28 days for your order to be delivered. We advise you cantact us by email or telephone if you wish to obtain an accurate estimation of shipping time.

• Please do not accept damaged parcels from our delivery agents. Once signed for we cannot give a refund.

• If you are unhappy with the items, please do not remove transparent plastic wrapping before returning them as we cannot refund them in this case.
