Shipping & Returns

We use Royal Mail, ParcelForce, UPS or FedEx for all packages. Orders below 2kg in the UK can be sent either 2nd class or Signed For – if you elect to pay for the cheaper 2nd class option you must accept any risk of loss.

Orders are dispatched within 5 working days.

If you wish to purchase any item marked as out of stock please email us for an estimate of delivery time.

When ordering from outside the UK customers may be charged additional importation duty which must be paid by the customer. We have no control over these charges – please contact your local customs authority for details and contact us if you are in any doubt.

Returns: Please return the items to the address given here. You will have to bear the costs of returning items, unless this is due to damaged or faulty items, or incorrect merchandise sent by us. This includes returns due to non-payment of any tax or duty liable on your purchase.

Refunds: If you are not happy with your purchase, you can get a refund for the value of the product (excluding shipping). Items will be refunded or exchanged providing that you have not used the item; it is in the same condition as when you first bought it; and, you have taken reasonable care to ensure that any item is returned to us safely and not damaged in transit. The item must be returned to us within 28 days from the date of the original shipment.

Ordering

All orders placed through this webite are subject to our acceptance, which is in our sole discretion. This means, among other things, that we may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, in our sole discretion, and without liability to you or any third party. If your order is subsequently cancelled, we will issue a credit to your PayPal account or credit/debit card. On ordering a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided. You must check that all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.

When appropriate we’ll provide tracking information related to orders on dispatch – it’s the customer’s responsibility to monitor progress and note/take action on any information provided or requested.

Availability: All orders are subject to acceptance by us and product availability.  When an item is no longer available, we take reasonable steps to remove it from the website as soon as we can.

Display: We try to accurately display the colours of our products on the Site. However, the colours you see will depend on your monitor and its settings. We cannot guarantee that your display will be accurate. The prices displayed on this website are quoted in Pound Sterling.  Prices are subject to change at any time. We do our best to ensure that all information about our products, including prices, is up-to-date and accurate. However, there may be occasions when information contained on our site may contain incomplete data, typographical errors, inaccuracies as to merchandise size, price, colour or other matters, or an item that is no longer in stock. Any errors are unintentional and we apologise if any information on the site is inaccurate. We reserve the right to correct errors and to update product information at any time, including after you have placed your order.

Packaging: For inventory purposes, each item requested counts as an individual order. Wherever possible, we will attempt to combine multiple orders in one shipment. Due to inventory and packaging requirements, however, orders may be shipped over several days in multiple packages.
